What to Expect

Standard turnaround for most projects is 1 week (7 days) from time of access to chalkboard surface.

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due one week prior to initiation of service to allow for ordering of supplies and scheduling.

The full balance is due on the final day of completion. Late payment is subject to fees of 1.5%/30 days past due. Priority service (2-6 days) is available at +25% and 24 hour rush service is available at +50%. Full payment is due in advance for rushed service.

On-site fee and art delivery fee is $75 per visit, per 15 miles from 90043.

Client is responsible for providing safe and convenient parking or for reimbursing any parking costs.

Price does not include surface preparation. Additional work due to adverse conditions on surface that requires extraneous labor will be charged extra, by the hour, at a rate of $150/hr and sometimes cannot be determined until after the job has begun.

Art created by POP ROCKS STUDIO may NOT be duplicated, reproduced, or altered. However, posting my work on social media is much appreciated. When doing so, tag and mention @poprocksstudio

Courier Services

I do not need courier services. I can drop off my boards to POP Rocks Studio and pick up finished work from POP Rocks Studio 7 days from drop off (unless rush service is requested).

I only need POP Rocks Studio to pick up my prepared chalkboards prior to service. ($75/15 miles)

I only need POP Rocks Studio to deliver finished work ($75/15 miles).
